Langridge Refined Safflower Oil is a pale drying oil with minimal tendency to yellow. It holds a High linoleic acid value for good drying rate compared to cold-pressed varieties. Langridge Refined Safflower Oil is slower film-forming than linseed oil and can be used for preparation of paints and mediums. The Refined Safflower Oil will also increase gloss and transparency.
- Pale coloured alkali refined oil with little tendency to yellow
- Favoured for use with whites and blues
- Longer drying time than linseed oil
