Golden Heavy Body Acrylics are the original line of Golden Artist colours, they are known for being of an exceptionally smooth, thick buttery consistency. Golden heavy Body paints contain the largest collection of unique colour pure pigments available to the professional artist. These colours offer excellent permanency and lightfastness. There are no fillers, extenders, opacifiers, toners, or dyes added. Each Heavy Body colour is formulated differently depending on the nature of the pigment. Colours that tolerate higher pigment "loads" dry to a more opaque, matte finish. A selection of historically significant colors ideal for mixing the range of colors needed for figurative painting.
